Need Some Answers?

Our rates are annually adjusted and vary depending on number of rooms, size of rooms, specific furnishings, extreme situations as well as seasonal influences, etc. We do however offer very reasonable and competitive rates on all our services.

Our cleaners are thoroughly vetted to exclude even the slightest criminal element and they are fully trained by us on site to perform with great care and consideration of clients' property. They are generally friendly and extremely dilligent.

As long as you have somewhere to contain them securely while the cleaners are at work, pets are not a problem. Our products are animal-friendly too. We leave your home clean and hygienically safe for you and your pets once our job is done.

This is left to your own discretion, however, our cleaners are reasonably reimbursed and none of them 'expect' anything extra.

You can request a booking with us by clicking the 'Make A Booking' button at the top of the page and provide as much detail as possible of what is required and when. While we will try to accomodate any requests as much as possible, we are occasionally so busy that we may find none of our teams to be available on short notice, so it is advisable to book a few weeks (or even months) in advance for special event pre-, post- or both cleanups.
